inexperienced shroomer, though a few under my belt, would like to ask those more experienced than i: can anyone tell me of any shrooms they might know of some shrooms that don't taste remarkably like the sweat-glands of satan's asshole? + =

I suppose it depends on the person -- I have a friend who can pop them in and chew them like candy, no problem.
Blech!
I have yet to come across a mushroom I can tolerate on its own. The only regular solution I've found for myself is covering the taste up with something like granola or orange juice.

I dont think they taste particularly bad at all. THey dont really taste good and they dont really taste bad. Its kinda like the way beer tastes after youve been drinking for a while

I don't think they taste all that bad, but if they are dry you can basically incorporate them into any simple sort of food. Maybe put them on a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich or something.

come on, they don't taste THAT bad, but if you really don't want to eat them, grind them up and put them in like half a bottle of snapple (or any) iced tea and chug down.

I think they taste fine RIGHT after picking. after an hour or so they start tasting horrible. eat fresh if you can. failing that, i break my dried into easy to swallow pieces and pop'em like pills and chase with a beverage. no chewing=no tasting.

I find that if you get mushies that are basically kept in a completely clean environment, are not grown large, and are properly cleansed (and completely dry), they have no bad taste. The taste is unique, but in a pleasant way. Of course, it's easier for me to get these specific conditions. Growing makes it easier Everyone who gets them off me agrees. They are very tasty when handled with love and care. And if worst comes to worst, chocolate. Melt some chocolate chips, drizzle over mushies. Tastes like a nestle crunch bar. Mmmmm.

Hi friend. Make tea.
Here's a good thread about it, with recipes.

Yeah, I dont know about you guys but I chew for a couple moments and let the shrooms sink in. I works in like 5 min for me, and washing a drink down takes anything bad away.

LOL that has to be about the 50th time you've posted that. Next time I trip I think I may just have to try it.

If you grind them up and put them in some orange juice you will never taste them.
