Ok,here goes.Why use Brown Rice Flour,instead of regular flour,or wheat flour,or Rye flour?I have read about people growing on Rye flakes and I think berries,so why not Rye Flour?

i heard it has something to do w/ the elements i.e. potasium,sodium en stuff that the brf has the optimum numbers for the highest potancy

I think somebody tried experiments using everything and discovered that brown rice was best. A Dr. Pollock I believe, now deceased. But you are welcome to try anything new, let us know if you make any discoveries, we'll name a tek after you!

WOW,my own tek.LOL
I think I am going to use 3 differant substrates ,3 jars of each,this way i will be able t tell first hand which one works better for me and i wont have to wait for three seperate crops for the results.ill keep ya al posted,because im using 2 proven substrates and the 3rd one i think i am going to experiment with.
I already have a name for my tek,the cheesewiz tek.lol
