question about prints

I'm very new to growing shrooms,actually Ive never grown shrooms, but through a friend of a friend i got a print and figured that i'd give it a try. I've been reading all the teks, but i still dont know what to do with the print, all that I read about it innoculation with seringes. Can someone help me out? How do I innoculate with the print? Also, what tek do you recommend for the first time taking into consideration that i'm only growing a few jars because I need to keep it hidden.

If you have a pressure cooker use bluhoney's whole BR tech and just scrape some spores off your print into the jar, then shake like hell.

Go to the grow/find section and you will find a few syringe making teks..As for getting the syringe, you'll want a 10-12cc with a 11/2" 16 guage or so needle. You can find it at a feed store, or maybe one of the kind shroomerites will send you one...
