I need a little help please!!!

Hi I like to start off with thanks for any help. I can't get my cakes to start pinning. And one of my cakes that is still in the jar has shrank about 35% what does this mean? What is the best why to fruit my cakes what steps should I take...I have dunked two of my cakes and added light to them for about 6 hours a day and nothing and it's been like 3 and a half weeks any help would be great thanks.

First, were the cakes colonized all the way through? The shrinking is from the moisture being used up. You did good by dunking since that will rehydrate them. All you need to do in order to get your cakes to pin is introduce light, provide air exhange (fan a few times a day) and drop your temps.

Ive been reading this everywhere and i notice everyone forgets that
HIGH HUMIDITY is a trigger too.

Thanks SubGen1us I have high humidiy light is on for around 6 hours a day the temp is about 77 what would be the best way to fruit the cake thanks again.

One of the cakes I am trying to pin I did cold shock it and it now looks like its dead before I did that the cake was all fluffy now it's not it's color has changed alittle but I will try to drop the temp alittle thanks your help.

I fan them 4 times a day and the color a light orange what would be the best why to grow them thanks.
