agaricus luck in 8mo!
    #3084532 - 09/02/04 10:32 PM (12 years, 4 months ago)

well a long bit ago I gave someone what I thought was a wild agaricus that turned out to be a mislabled cube.Well I found 3 jars of myc I had forgotten and did not lable so I scattered the spawn on some landscape mulch and covered it with a bit of fresh mulch in february. The recent local rains have rewarded my forgetfullness with bounty. I harvest dinner tommorow.

Sure I'll print out some newly opened caps today. I use inkjet photo paper to print and the spores are easily removed with an inoc loop
I usually print in a clean area of my office under a tuperware then fold loosly into a half loop, staple and place in a new ziplock bag.I have gotten quite clean spores using this method and watching the fruit for optimum harvest(spres but no maggots).I will PM you with my info when I get the prints. Will five or six be adequate?

PS  am working up Hericium and Pleurotus for wood spawn if you want some of that when I get it gowing I would gladly trade further

How are you germinating the spores?
Are you putting them on agar or are you using a la pf-tek ?

Great - thanks! I also have some species you might like - PM me !

> Will five or six be adequate?
I think two prints are enough since each one has million of spores :: .
