Republicans are immature, with all those flip flop sandals and purple heart bandaids.

Stick a fork in John Kerry. The convention was a Karl Rove masterpiece. They tore Kerry to pieces.

The RNC in a nutshell:
terrorists are bad,blah,blah,blah....terrorists hate our freedom and way of life,blah,blah,blah...those terrorists will never win,blah,blah,blah...Kerry is a damn hippy and will let terrorist do as they please,blah,blah,blah...I'd suck Bush off if I were gay, blah, blah, blah
Political conventions are kind of like gay porn conventions, anybody is there just to jerk everybody else off.

I keep hearing Bush jockies say that the convention was so great. Well, could you elaborate? Why was it so great exactly?

Felt like a Benny Hinn sermon. I laughed when all the people in the audience just before Bush's speech had signs that read "USA" instead of something Bush or Republican related. It was like they thought they'd found some full proof way to prevent booing. So clever.

If it wasn't for the fact that it's not possible for me to be anymore disgusted with the Republican party, I'd be really appalled at how much they used 9/11 as a political weapon. They pulled every trick in the book, and anyone with any awareness can see through how calculated every image, word, poster, chant, and pair of flip-flops was at working the emotional reaction of the American voter. Completely insincere and without any shame.
And unfortuntely it worked. Some polls now have Bush in a double digit lead over Kerry. I'm without words for how amazed I am at the level of awareness 52% of this country has. Just wow.
-------------------- The very nature of experience is ineffable; it transcends cognitive thought and intellectualized analysis. To be without experience is to be without an emotional knowledge of what the experience translates into. The desire for the understanding of what life is made of is the motivation that drives us all. Without it, in fear of the experiences what life can hold is among the greatest contradictions; to live in fear of death while not being alive.
