Luke is such a whiny cunt, I hate him!

Yeah, Luke has always pissed me off for being such a bitch, but I honestly kinda feel bad for him when I watch Star Wars now. He's just a dumb farm kid who gets manipulated by an old man with an ax to grind. And the fact that Obi-Wan uses Luke's desire to know about his father and follow in his foot steps, all the while cementing his hatred of Vader, just doesn't sit well with me.

I know it's a cliche but Fantasia. Was tripping alone and the end part (bear mountain followed by Ava Maria) was like watching the apocalypse!
It's funny cos I watched waking life while tripping and found it to be a kind of distraction from tripping; all around me everything was going haywire and fucking my brain, I'd look at the TV and could focus again.

samuel l. jackson was the only redeeming feature of the new [old] star wars movies. i kept expecting him to pull some pulp fiction lines. "ENGLISH MOTHAFUCKA DO YOU SPEAK IT!?"

BEST Movie: Natural Born Killers Substance: Mushrooms Dose:7 grams Point in trip: Right after i drank my cup of tea i threw it on This flick even before i watched it totally shattered was one of my favorites. But i have to say watching this movie blitzed out of your mind on a shit ton of mushrooms with a big ass knife in your hand has to be one of the greatest experiences i have ever had

generally I wouldn't waste a trip on a movie, but:
Koyaanisqatsi
also the original Fantasia (I haven't seen the reedited version)

Movie was Oliver Stone's "Natural Born Killers". Music Video was Rage Against The Machine's "The Battle of Mexico City".

The original batman film on a somewhat unknown amount of ecuadorian shrooms in amsterdam.
Me and my best mate found the whole film revolved around a mixture of being immensely cheesey(far more so than sober) and drawing us in so much that we would realise every half an hour or so that it was actually just a film and we weren't standing in the middle of the action. It was an awesome combination of being totally absorbing and insanely funny.

With ya 100% on this one. It was only a couple of moons past, I had seen Cervantes respond to a thread I made in the Vet's Lounge titled "Psychedelic Imagry" with one word: koyaanisqatsi.
Had to google it, as I had no idea what the hell he was talking about. Found the original full-screen director's cut and kept it on hand for some day on down the line.
Well the day came when myself and two friends, John and Doreen, were together at my house in the early afternoon. Suggesting the ingestion of a few pieces of blotter, we went off hiking through the rocks and trees, down trails and around dams into the sunset. Night fell, and some five hours in we find ourselves back in the safety and comfort of my home. Spending some time outside on the deck, strumming a guitar, playing with a calculator for the blind (it talks!), and spontaneously deciding to give Koyaanisqatsi a roll.
What a way to go! This film is serene, subtle, not plagued with voice-over interpretations.. only heaps of time-lapsed photography, evidence of the similarities and contrast between the world's natural beauty, and what mankind has built alongside, atop, and within it. Absolutely beautiful, and highly recommended for the peaceful comedown of any psychedelic voyage.

the best movie by far was the Elegant Universe. It took me on a trip into the quantum world!

I don't think I've ever watched a movie while tripping. I gotta watch Pan's Labyrinth on mushrooms sometime. If only it didn't have subtitles. But that could easily make it more interesting as well.
