MMGG is ok, but you'd be better off with PF Tek...MMGG calls for 2/3c verm. and PF calls for 1/2c, which is, at least to me, a better mixture...PF suggests a straight verm. barrier instead of the Ramsey seal, which I personally find frivolous(Ramsey).

rather than doing anything 1st 2nd etc buy mushroom cultivator read it as you go along-always keep everything sterile and ask a lot of questions here and on drooldonkey if he is nice enough to PUT IT BACK!! there is enough sites on the www. to kill a hore cow and chicken -so you should do just fine as for a good starter try thehawkseye.com this guy is great and has a replacement policy if you screw it up-but dont abuse that policy by lying
