...yeah..I also use picks as a "wire mesh" in a jars (they are fixed into alluminium foil, the cap is placed on the toothpicks)..so that I can make spore syringes (spores fall into the water)..and have the picks.......

It seems like you could just walk through a pasture sticking them into patties. Have you ever tried that?
