apparently it's not likely, on the basis that DOB would be more expensive.

If the trip lasts longer than 16 hours, then it's probably DOB. That's the risk you gotta take for street drugs.

I wouldn't worry about it.

dob & doi are pretty rare (and if that was what was on your dose, a canny dealer would market it as a specialty trip)
most acid is acid (lsd-25) and adulterants, contaminants, and alternates are pretty damn' rare... blanks not unheard of, but... doses vary from 25 ug to 250 ug or more... informed sources sayblotters average 60-80 these days, but somebody who knows exactly how many mikes is on a particular batch is uncommon (but not unkown... the "ufo"s that were SF-based and seen in diverse places around new years were alleged 250 u solid, and the white squares at 100 u...
so: it's prolly acid, and it's prolly ~75u/square... (ask people who've tried it how 1 or 2 or 4 hits felt to get a feel for how many would be right for you... do you wanna trip 100 mike party dose or 350 mike semi-cosmic dose ;) ?) don't forget to pack the niacinamide pills ;) ... be well & take care of your mates, right?
