I know that contamination is sucked into the jars!
After we pc'ed the jars we closed them for shaking, some were opened while standing in the kitchen, because of a little vacuum air was sucked in after opening the jars again.
The other 5 were opened under the flowhood!!

Okay, so yeast contam is possible, thrown away the content of the jars, starting 5 new ones this week.
Stupid yeasts, I don't want alcohol, need psylocibin etc.
I do know what caused contamination so next time will try to get 5 out of 5! Now its 5 out of 7!
