I will paraphrase what Loki said - an eye for an eye, each child hostage killed is for 100 Chechen children killed by the Russian army. If those terrorists even were Chechens (which I doubt) then all their families and relatives are killed by russian army, their homes destroyed and their country is under Russian fist. Trust me - they have NOTHING to lose.
If I killed Your mother, father, brother, sister, children and wife, destroyed Your house and Your country. What would You feel and/or do? Don't talk about sanity, courts, international organizations, governments or whatever. They didn't (and don't) give a fuck about what's going on in Chechnya.
Hell, Chechens have been crying for help for decades. Nobody moved an ear while russian troops continued to torture and murder innocent Chechen civilians, rape Chechen women and violate human rights in uncountable other ways...
You don't have any idea what is going on in Chechnya because every single word You hear or read coming from there is censored by russian officials. The mass media in Russia are NOT independent. They tell You what Putin wants You to hear.
NO, I absolutely don't support killing of innocent Russian schoolchildren. What I want to say is that deaths of the innocent will bring to nothing else than more deaths of the innocent. And it has nothing to do with religion, race or whatsoever!
The whole world kept ignoring what's going on in Chechnya probably to stay in a politically comfortable position and good diplomatic relations with Russia (suck up, suck up, the world still fears the Russian bear, so do I). We can only blame ourselves for what happened in Beslan because we didn't have the balls to stop Russian terror in Chechnya.
As far as I know the human nature, this will never end and the scene will become worse and worse with every coming year. We all are sucked into the vortex of hatred 
And I'm off to start digging a refuge deep in the forest.

Actually Russians do live in and around Chechnya but they have to arm themselves because the rebels kidnapping people there everyday for the past decade.
I know that not all Muslims are not crazy fucks but people don't care after this kind of shit happens. If there's another 911 in the US, Muslims will be attacked on the streets and in their homes.

I think that might have some influence. Geez, we let these snivling, starving, smelly Arab-types push us around? hah! If America wanted to, just the citizenry that is, we could burn the mosques down, burn down all Allah-owned and operated businesses, and send them a packing. Imagine the "arab reaction" to one arab businessman being kidnapped every day and executed on tape until all arab 's leave the USA. I think that Arabs wuill continute their Peaceful Actions (Read: executions of children) until we get so goddamned sick of our inaction that we'll run them out of the US in a manner that will be reminiscent of Vlad Tepes. My yard is big enough for plenty of stakes

True. Here in Canada they are given reserves, free college, unlimited fishing and hunting merits, etc. to make up for White Canada's past here. If they honestly wanted a small chunk of Canada to call their own, our Liberal government wouldn't hesitate at all to give it to them. It's French seperatists they're worried about.
