Lost me some weight.

Earlier this year I was up to 230 pounds. It sucked. Now I'm down to 195 and it feels way better.  :thumbup:

I lost about 14 lbs in the past month or so. I feel better although it was lot easier putting them on than taking them off!

It's always easier putting it on. The only effort it requires is opening your mouth. It's more fun too! haha.
