just make sure the light comes from above the terrarium. As for a light I guess maybe a flourescent would be the best at home depot. I don't even think it really matters too much, so any light will be fine. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

flourescent grow lights high in blue spectrum- 480nm

These aren't pot plants buddy. Light is a moot point.
Unless you are rich or already have said lights, I wouldn't waste my time.

Just leaving your cloest door open for a couple hours a day is fine.
The benifits from 'blue light' are very miniscule, I've been playing with one all month and really havn't noticed much difference, if any.

it's funny how people keep posting the same question about what "spectrum" of light shrooms need ,bla bla bla... shrooms are not photosynthetic PLANTS god damn it it's a FUNGUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but if you still want to provide your shrooms with every spectrum of light why dont you set up some christmas lights in your terrarium :smile:oh and magnursra or whatever... where else would the light be comming from for the terrerium exept the top ???? the bottom??????lol
