Mushy Sickness

Lately I have started finding myself really turned off to the mushroom trip due to the sickness associated with it. I got into my current hobby due to the lack of LSD (I'm a huge fan of the whole psychedelic experience). Latley however, I have found myself giving away 90 % of my harvests, the other 10 % are being hoarded. As an example tonight I found some free time and was all excited to go on a mental journey, but after an hour of staring at 6 g's of Malabars, I couldn't find the juevos to actually eat them. What I'm getting at is what do you guys do to help alleviate the nausea? I never end up puking but I really want to, and I usually get the runs right before I peak (and for a couple of days afterwards). I am very experienced with shrooms, and this used to not happen. Can someone maybe give me some ratios for making honey (the FAQ doesn't really say much except add the fungus to a jar of honey). Please no flaming about if you can't take the cure don't take the medicine, I really enjoy my hobby I would just like to be able to enjoy my experiences again.

grind the shrooms up and put the powder in juice or iced tea, add some ground ginger for the nausau.

I've heard of people drinking ginger ale for sea sickness, would this be the same principle. I never had a problem with taste of dried shrooms, but I shudder at thought of freshies taste....ewwww freshies! I should also mention I have tried tea before, but that still gives me bad stomach cramps.

Well...i found that Eating 3 hours before helps. Eat fresh foods the day of. Drink lots of water. Eat the mushies on an empty stomach and get some papaya Extract Pills. After eating the mushies, Eat a few pills. It will: 1. Get the rest of the mushies out of your teeth. 2. Put a good flavor in your mouth. 3. Relax your stomach
I only felt some discomfert right before the first effects started to kick in. After that it was gone. Durring the trip if i focused on my stomach it started hurting. All I did is put on some good music and i forgot all about it. Its all in the Head

Are there certain foods that aggrivate the situation, i.e. anything I should avoid?

yea...eating junk food. Dont eat any thing with alot of grease. Stay away from fast food. In terms of what to eat...you should eat something that like fresh fruits and Vegetables. Those types of foods should be easy to digest within a few hours and will give you energy for the trip. After the trip i felt kinda sick but it wasnt bad at all. I just went to sleep. Day after I wasnt hungry but its always good to put somthing in your stomach after 10 hours. I ate a bananna and i was cool. Try that with Papaya pills and tell me how ur trip went.

Perhapse you have a slight allergy to mushrooms? The constant nausea and especially the diahhrea makes me think this might be the case.

Agreed make tea or coffee, strain and throw the crap out before you drink. there's no reason to eat the shrooms if they dont agree with you.

1) Eat them on a near-empty stomach. Not too empty but comfortably so. 2) Take 50mg or 100mg of dramamine or any antihistamine drug that supresses the sensation of nausea. 3) Don't dwell on fear of being nauseas and accept that it is highly unlikely and if it happens you can just pop another 50mg dramamine.

Ive only had one time where I had a really bad stomach ache (after I vomited it just got worst and I had to lay down the whole night with a bucket next to me or I would freak out). But looking back on it, I had eatten a huge meal right before it, and I was rather full when I ate them. On top of that, I guess my mind was just focused on the nausea all night and mentally I thought I was sick.
