I use perforated foil over my straw and remove it when fully colonized and case at the same time. Also, the water I used to pasturize my straw was indeed brown/yellow and smelled strong.

How do you feel about the potency of shrooms grown out on just straw? This is my first time with this method.

How often do you mist? if not how are you setup... What do you do for air exchange...? Looking at this route too so answers are much appreciated...
