Takin a huge leap!
    #3056911 - 08/27/04 06:12 AM (13 years, 8 months ago)

So i've got this friend from freshman year here at USC who is a bomb guitarist. We really have a great time and throw down some great shit when we jam together.

I've decided, after 3 years of college, that i dont want to do psychology or neuroscience...but instead pursue a career in music. It's been a huge part of my life for a long time, but i havent been in the right state of mind to push for such a risky move. With this recent summer and lots of crazy shit, however, i think im ready to take that risk.

Connections abound also, so hopefully it'll go somewhere.

I'll post some stuff of us jammin once we get a chance to record some stuff.

"Human suffering has been caused because all too many of us cannot grasp that words are only tools for our use, and that the mere presence of a word in the dictionary does not mean it necessarily refers to something definitive in the real world"
--Richard Dawkins, "The Selfish Gene"

"It is the mind which creates the world about us, and even though we stand side by side in the same meadow, my eyes will never see what is beheld by yours."
-George Gissing

"Without a firm idea of himself and the purpose of his life, man cannot live, and would sooner destroy himself than remain on earth, even if he was surrounded by bread."
--Fyodor Dostoevsky
