WEll I got off the bus three blocks before my house today and found the following items of interest/ Sirtst some beautiful flowers in bloom.
This one is slightly yellow:
This one is slightly red:
A beautiful Sunflower:

And then I looked into the mulch surrounding these loverly flowers and discovered two species of shrooms growing quite profusely. I took about twenty photos and then realized my camera setting was in between modes so everything blurred so I walked back and took a few more shots. Right now I am recharging my battery.
HEre are pictures of the two shrooms popping up abundantly where I was looking.
Although I did not get the first shots O took.
Here is the Mycena. 5 images:
and here are three shrooms which were more orange than yellowish. They had an umbo like P. azurescens but as you notice the gills are white.
There were several patches of these unidentified shrooms in the region of the Mycenas.
ANd I took that small shroom and ripped it fromt he ground and placed it upsidedown ont he mext cluster of these shrooms to show the gills and colors of the gills.
