Lookup the Cranberry Juice method. I did this several times years back, it worked well, but tasted bad.

don't do it...it really sucks.

have you tried it. why does it suck?? is it just the taste or does it work at all

I thought that was also German, at least that was what I was told mushrooms translated to.
