Yopo plant

Here is a pic of my yopo plant. It's about 2 years old in a 1 gallon pot. The leaves fold up every night and open in the morning.

Looks good man....

is it a peregrina or a columbrina

I know most people consider columbrina to be yopo but there is occasionally some confusion, so I thought i'd ask.

Right at the moment I can't recall if it's a peregrina or culubrina. It's the one with the smaller, finer leaves. I also have a mimosa scabrella which has larger leaves but looks a lot like it. They are kind of slow growing, it's a tree. I should repot it, my scabrella is in a 3 gallon and is substantially larger.

Repot that thing tomorrow!!! Those things have much bigger root systems than you would think. In good light/soil/adaquate root space those things do pick up quite a bit growth wise..

I agree, I was just looking at it today thinking I should have repotted it already. I also have a sensitive plant and another mimosa in 1 gall that I should repot.
