Blue Psychedelic Mushrooms

Are there Psychedelic mushrooms out there that are naturally blue without brusing?

I have a couple friends that told me they "got some mushrooms from oregon that were BLUE man BLUE!" and I have a hard time believing them because I haven't seen any in all the pictures I've seen.

Active mushrooms bruse blue. Even caps can bruse blue, it doesn't tell you much about potency or anything eles besides they were handled alot or dried in the sun or something. They probably just got heavily brused mushrooms.
