weird harmonics delta and theta or something cause the conscious to shift when your on a journey it seams like the sounds take you to other worlds its hard to explain but something weird definetly happens,after 20 minutes you will probably want to get up and try to collect yourself its really weird!

Certain brain waves can be induced through binaural audio. That's probably what that CD is. Each ear hears a slightly different frequency and the brain supposedly resonates at the difference of those frequencies. Altering your most dominant brain waves does produce different states of consciousness. Though it does not sound as if you had a conscious 'real time' out of body experience. If you are interested in out of body travel I recommend William Buhlman's books for beginners and Robert Bruce's classic Astral Dynamics for a more in depth model. Can anyone who projects on a regular basis tell me if shrooms facilitate out of body travel?

I don't believe this will help.

Indeed I have tried the brainwave generater, a program which produces these tones. Shrooms may or may not help, who knows?

My uncle once said he had astral travel experience. He was meditating on a mantra which would allow his physical body to float, instead his soul left his physical body and he went on quite a journey through the astral realm.
