a friend of mine is using a 150 watt "sun glo" neodymium daylight lamp meant for tropical reptiles with a broad spectrum of light. he was pondering how many hours a day are best.

Pinsetting responds well to 12-16hrs. of light, after that a few hours is plenty although I always stick to at least 12hrs. just to keep things natural :wink:
