I read somewhere that psilocybin has been isolated in hygrocybe psittacina, the mushroom with the bright green cap and the yellow stalk, while my guide makes no mention of it. What my guide DOES say though is to be careful of the genus because there are mushrooms within that bruise black and are said to be "poisonous." Any ideas MJ or anyone else?
I am also partly writing because I think that Ramone's mushroom is a hygrocybe with its waxy appearance and bright colors. Wallace
