need help identifying

I need some help in identifying this species, conditions are in SC late august, grown by base of a tree. No veil or veil remnants and gills are dark black. it was also found with about 4 other similar looking species. Any help is greatly appreciated

Coprinus of some sort, possibly C. micaceus.

in s.c. these are what you can find
South Carolina:
Psilocybe cubensis
Psilocybe caerulipes
Panaeolus subbalteatus
Gymnopolis spectabilis

c. micaceus is not active i believe.
