trichoderma question

ON Cakes - Does the trich come after growing or can it come from inside the cake? How the hell does one do a grow without getting it - Every time the green slowly but surely shows up - the salt method works but it would be nice to see white cakes instead of green - Does it come from the air from fanning or what? thanks

pressure cooker and clean everything with bleach beforehand - have a pump so I don't have to fan it but when I do open the terrarium I spray alcohol around it as to disinfect the air - I'm just wondering where this green keeps coming from?

I use perlite - My main question is does the green come from outside the terrarium or inside the cake?
