To much to search through! Need advice

Ok these are the spores i have bought  . I have taken days to search through here to find good growing mediums and setups. So i just said screw it ill ask. I wanted to know what is the best growing medium to grow these spores on and what is the best growing tek to place them in to. Anyone have experince with growing these?
