Some wonder why, at times, I post infrequently, well, it is summer. I tend to post more when I'm stuck inside because of weather, e.g., cold or too wet. ... I like being out-side. On to my post:
Via satellite, I watch news, etc., from W & E Europe as well as home, the U.S.A. Why is it that with all except the U.S media I can watch street scenes of 'battle ground areas', in Iraq? To see what's happening on the ground there is, by my evaluation, profound.
My question is: why does the U.S. media not show 'situational coverage'? Why is the actual fighting of war not shown? We deserve to see; we pay for it... They are our friends, brothers, sons who are fighting. No doubts that it's not a matter of technology... we can show anything, at anytime, at the drop of a dime....
