How often are you tripping?

I usually get that kind of fear when its either been a really really long time since I tripped ("oh dear I totally forgot what this is like! the shroomies are out to GET me!") or when I have been tripping too frequently...

just a thought

I think i had to ask my walmart for niacin.. its been awhile.. but basically its a diet pill that burns fat.. it helps ya cool down from a rough ride by "flushing" out toxins as in you get all sweaty..

What can sometimes be more effective than benzos of course is having someone to help talk you back into reality. Something very similar happened to me once that carried into the next day partially, and I felt completely disconnected from the world around me in a fearful way until I was able to get ahold of someone to talk me back into the real world. Also, I second strongly what Strumpling mentioned about timing and mediation of how often you experiment.

The situation described though doesn't seem completely horrible however, meaning something that shouldn't be too hard to you to reassure yourself of personally. Keep a clear mind and clear attitude towards it and rational thought about what is bothering you and it should just pass over.

You can get the pills that are 100% Niacin so theres no epherine crap in them.. but as far as drug test's go im not sure if niacin would cause any problems.. dont think it would.. but im not 100% on that.. taking a break is always good idea after a rough ride.. im glad your feeling better man :sun:

man in my opinion is it a shame when people take more drugs to try to get rid of things that they think other drugs have triggered in them.

sure they work but I would think of it as some kind of "work-around" as opposed to helping out whatever CAUSED the discomfort
