Hawaiian baby wood rose is the way to go, if you're gonna do LSA. Much more potent than Morning Glories per weight(Heavenly Blue's are pretty hard to come by where I am), and less crap to choke down.

I have had results from about 50 heavenly blues. It was the most horrible experience of my life. About 40 minutes after I ate them I fell asleep. I woke up a our later spasming all over and really hungry. When I stood up, I got real dizzy like I was on DXM but my bones ached and I got real hot. Every time I moved I felt like I would puke. I just layed down on the couch and stared at the wall as they curved in to a dome. Then I passed out again. The next morning I was extreemly sore all over and feverish. I had cunvulsed all night and I felt real dirty.

also there is a possibilty of "toxic glycosides" being present in the seedcoats.. another good reason to try sprouting the seeds for a few days --- the seedcaots are easy to remove from sprouts --- prior to processing them for consuption (drying, grinding & encapsulating: or grinding & soaking in ethanol; or making a glorysprout shake with water, filtering out the solids or not, according to whatever works best for you; or more involved extraction procedures, whatever...)
