Psilocybe cyanescens do not grow abundantly in the wild.

In fact they are considered very rare in the wild.

It is in man-made environments that the wavy caps grow abundantly,

have a shroomy day,

And all of the Seattle mushrooms can be found from San Francisco to British Colombia, not just in the Puget Sound area.
