i read teo different teks where one said that u should take them out as soon as the jar is completely white ad another where it said wait a week? which is better or does it matter?

Captain Max are you saying to just turn the closed jar over and smack and leave on top, or are you saying whack the bottom then return closed jar upright, or just whack the bottom so cake falls out of jar? Sorry for the question, I am just confused about that last post and am interested in what you are saying.
