just use the normal drying methods, if theyre left on the rack for a few days it wont hurt. You can also put them in a paper bag in the fridge. Ive stored morels like that for a couple of weeks. Havent done it with a cubensis though,

Tip: Wrap them individually in paper towels (like tubes with open ends) and lay them in the fridge the cooler temps in the fridge will pull the moisture until they're dry. If totally fresh the towel will stick to the surface of the cap a bit but that makes little difference. This is just something that I ran across in the same situation. GL

If I were you, I would have no problem (And have had decent results) just lay them down on a flat surface. Put them in rows, Keep them about (at least) a half inch apart, they will dry slowly.
Make sure theres at least some sort of draft and they will be fine.

And if you want to take it an extra step, lay them on screening, or an equivilant to screening, and they will dry more evenly.

I find this to work if you have patience,a nd dont need to dry them in a hurry. I actually prefer to dry them this way for some reason because I hate being in a hurry when it comes to it, and having everybody wanting them RIGHT NOW!!! ....So yeah, this should work for you!
