will hay contam indoors if this stuff happens to it???

alright, my pint cakes should be done within the week and i was wondering if this would work.

take the cake, take off the top layer of verm (trhese are PFsw) then dunk in coffe water and bleach, then flip the cakes into a plastic bag, break up the mycellinium real good, tkae a 2 liter, sterilize down the insides with alcohol, then load that up with hay to spawn the cakes on to. the hay would be soaked in h202 water, drained, and then boiled, before taken right outside. after i fill up the containers, cover it with dry verm, make a good saran wrap seal, place in tiefd bag then taken inside to incubate. all of this done outside, where there is less contams.

basically, i want to kno if my hay will contam likely or not.

Hay is not a very good substrate. Use straw.

If you pasteurize the straw (cook in water at 170F for 70-80 mins), you will have a two week "window of opportunity" where your straw is contam resistant.
