The wait!
    #3013885 - 08/17/04 03:53 PM (12 years, 3 months ago)

Hey guys I pressure cooked some half pint jars of BRF/Verm and its been about 4 or 5 days, and I'm just now getting a chance to inoculate. I've heard that if you don't inoculate immeadeatly it will encourage contams. Is this true, or should I be good to go?

Thanks

My jars sat for a week while I waiting for spores to arrive. I let them sit in a cool, clean, dark place during that time. So far those cakes have produced beautifully w/zero problems.
