First try at PF tek, may have used a little too much water

First time went alright except I added water AFTER i mixed brf and vermiculite together, I think I may have a little excess water because there is a small amount collected in the bottom of my jars.

Is this in any way bad?

when you coock them some of the water evaporates so probably not.

As long as you added as much water as outlined in the pf tek (1/4 cup) you should be fine. The pf tek tells you to pour the water directly onto the brf so that the vermiculite doesn't absorb it all before the brf gets a chance to.
