In a cake that has mushrooms that have fruited, are greenish caps a sign of contam? The caps are not all green, just have a light greenish color around the edges. The middle looks normal, and so do the stems.
It's not greenish bluish. It's a light army truck green color. And in some of the shrooms, it's not present. It's mostly in just two shrooms, the tallest two. The smaller the shrooms, the less there are. Some didn't have any, and they were growing from the same area as the affected ones.
