How about leave some money in a very visible spot to compensate for a cutting.

Yes thieving is really shitty but a non cola branch or two on a crop seems insignificant esp if you leave a little moneys. No need to make a huge principle matter in a case like that.

I wonder if he comes back or worries the cops stake it out?

Personally i would be more concerned that cops might think you grew it if they saw you. And of course getting shot since it puts criminals in a difficult position (sorry for putting it like that)

    Ha, this turned out to be the storytelling thread.

    In my youth i tryed grow i MJ plant in the nearby woods.
    It went well but one day the plant was gone, just a hole in the ground.
    I should have figured this would happen as i was lazy and didnt go very deep into the forrest at all.
    But it must have been someone wanting to grow it for themselves othewize they would just have destroyed it on the spot.
    The memories of those days is kind of a blurr, so much drugs back then.
    Nowadays im healthy as a squirrel in the woods.
    I guess those are pretty helthy, right?
