Probably, but I expect you could put "temple", "mosque", "synagogue" etc in there aswell.

I'd guess that it is likely to either decrease or increase the likelyhood of you going to court, depending on how you react to the dogma...either you decide it's a load of shit and church just reinforces that, or you buy it.

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.

The court enforces social values

The church trys to instill those values.

So yeah id say that makes some sense, hence the long and happy mariage of church and state

Drugs arent immoral regardless of what government propaganda suggests.Religion and drugs/alcohol have always gone hand in hand throughout history.Even the christian religion(especially in the middle ages). Also Shintoism, hinduism, buddhism, sufism and many other religions ritually used cannabis throughout history.

Drugs only became bad in the public eye when the government started to develop a problem with drugs because of widespread addiction. The government stepped in and banned many drugs in an attempt to curb addiction and to this day they spread only negative things about drugs and make them sound more or less dangerous than they really are.Drugs are a legal matter not ethical/moral.Addiction is the only real enemy not the drugs themselves. Many Over-the-counter meds can cause a high in higher than treatment doses. All medicines are drugs and all drugs are medicines really.(Excluding some herbal meds.)

Why would they ban those? They all help us become good capitalistic consumers. It doesn't matter if LSD is 1000 times less harmful than nicotine, nicotine will get some people up the morning, keep some people working with short breaks, and in the end they won't even have to collect retirement funds

The government does not ban all drugs, only the ones that go against their purpose
