Is it possible to use pc'ed compost as substrat? Nothing more...?

Yes, providing you spawn it with colonized grain. If you inoculate it with spores the colonization is painstakingly slow.

You really need something more nutritional for a substrate, like anno said, it would take a very long time for it to colonize and you would probably get very small fruits....

you can do your layers like

layer 3-casing layer
layer 2-pc ed compost
layer 1-colonized grain
