back round:lets see me and my dad have a nice arrangement... hes really old school so hes not big on computers... but the guy can grow any thing and lots of it.. when i told him about the weed i was growing and how i got the seeds (off the net) he about shit... needless to say i hooked him up with stuff that he wanted for like 20 years...
Now: being that the season is coming to a fast end.. were now looking at shrooms... (just got this site off overgrow.com) its all setup i'm just looking for what we want to grow... im really a noobie to shrooms (no one around here has them) ive read a little about Fly Agaric the fact that its border line legal really peaked my interest but it was shot down as i read more and it said it was impossible to grow in the standard jar way.. so is there any other border line legal shrooms?
if not what would you guys recommend? im not sure how/if the diffrent strains make the trip/high any diffrent...

Well, Fly Algaric's don't even contain Psilocybin, the major psychoactive compound found in magic mushrooms. They contain muscimol, bufotenine and pilzatropin. There are some species of amanita that are deadly poisonous as well, so make sure you do not get any of the wrong kind. I have no first hand experience with amanitas, but I hear they have quite a different trip from normal mushrooms, less visuals and many people say it's disorienting. Personally, I think a psilocybe spore kit would be the best thing to go with.

You might want to grow cubensis.. As for them being illegal: you are already growing illegal plants (im assuming that they are illegal where you live) so as long as you are careful as to who you tell (actually dont tell anyone!), and where you get your growing supplies from, you should have nothing to worry about.

Supplies: Pay cash, don't buy everything all at once, you could get a grow going by stopping at a supermarket and pet store for $100 or less.
Spores? Shroomery vendors. Read the FAQ. IME, PF sucks a big one, if I were a newb again I'd go straight to birdseed.

Grow psilocybin mushrooms man! As people have already mentioned, you're already breaking the law. There's no point in growing fly agarics, you can buy those from any ethnobotanical vendor. They have nothing to do with psilocybin shrooms at all, save for the fact that they happen to be mushrooms as well. Good luck

depends where ya live dood. they are 100% legal to grow here, but not to dry i believe. head shops here sell everything one would need.
