Okay, i know this has been asked time and time again.  But its going to get asked one more time.  But with a little twist.  Im looking for a new pressure cooker.  Very large in capacity.  But i want an electric one, one that plugs in that is.  Hopefully someone out there has one of these types.  I have seen them in the past but have not had much luck in locating one.

On an after thought, in your guys experience how many quart jars can you cram into a 25 quart pressure cooker???

An autolcave is the same thing as a pressure cooker. They just tend to be over priced. And have alot more unneccesary stuff. I just wasnt aware if they made one that you could plug in, but wasnt 800 dollars.

You could combine a regular rangetop pressure cooker with a hot plate, and have what you're looking for. Probably need a pretty huge hot plate though to heat a real big cooker. hmm

A huge hotplate will cost you about 160$ at a restaurant supply
You arent gonna find one thats that big w/a heating element ...
Unless you flop down major bucks

man i let a new looking all american 41q electric PC pass me by on ebay for $220, i didnt know they were $490! You can also use a propane stove, this is what joshua used to pasturize the barrel for his outdoor bed. http://www.bayouclassicdepot.com/product_310_detailed.htm
