Hi, I will describe my process below and then ask you what am I doing wrong? or Am I doing this right?

1. Sterilize jars of organic brown rice flour.
2. Add spores through syringe.
3. Wait 2 weeks. White cob web like stuff surrounds entire 1/2 pint jars.
4. Take out "stuff" in jars and place in plastic containers between 1inch bottom row of verm and 1inch top row of verm.
5. Placed 3 different plastic containers into large rubber maid container.
6. Container includes a fan and air pump.
8. Humidity inside is between 75 and 85.
9. Their are no lights in my closet.
10. It's been a few days, I notice cobweb white stuff to be growing on top of verm layer.

I am being patient as I have a full-time job, what am I doing wrong here if anything?

Just make sure the temp is in 70's, and the humidity is 80-90%. Also make sure the air isn't stagnant for more than several hours. Besides that just be patient. And read up on the shroomery cultivation FAQ.

Sounds to me like you wanna do the PF tek........So just read and follow the Tek........It's not unlike baking a cake(with added sterility)........follow the recipe and walla........a cake
