storing spore syringes in refrigrator.

does storing spore syringes in a refrigrator damage them. there isnt any colony grow on the jars inoculated with these syringes.

No, syringes are best kept in the fridge FYI and will last years 5+ :wink: Don't forget to shake the syringes BTW, you may have inadvertently innoculated jars that were still warm or possibly ya got ripped off, where did ya get the syringes?

how long did it pass from the beginning of your innoculation?
what are your temp intervals during in your incubator process?

if this is ur first grow and u see no growth within ten days then perhaps u burned the spores. i think that is what i did, after i thought of that and started letting it cool more now all my stuff is taking in like 3 days.

Jars should not be warm at all to the touch if they are the spores will die period! :frown:

Not true dycans.......I once was loaded on H, and my jars felt warm.......but my skin was like ice.......my skin thermometer is not always active +/- 5 %........

Rare case PsyllyMe :wink:warm to touch equals anywhere from an exceptable 90-100+ (thermo death limit for myc is 106) The point is helping people learn and innoculating warm jars is not something I will ever teach someone to do. Wait until cool, Patience is a virtue! :wink: But you do have a very valid point bro!  :tongue: :wink:
