Poor flushes (need help)
    #2969748 - 08/05/04 10:16 PM (13 years, 2 months ago)

Been growing for awhile and have recently been experimenting with high mountain compost. For some reason my flushes are pathetic. I have good temps. Good air exchange. Good humidity but poor flushes. I never seem to get a flush like I see in some of the pictures

example http://www.thehawkseye.com/thailand/thaiks1_4.jpg

I use 50/50 coir/verm to top my casings. I think maybe I initiate pinning too soon? I read your supposed to initiate pinning after you start to see some poke through the casing layer.

Any advice would be much appreciated =).

Getting the most out of your casings!, A pinning strategy. You will have to register but it will be well worth it! This thread has helped many a newbie in getting some excellent flushes, it also answers some questions that you have yet to ask yourself  GL
