    #2966084 - 08/04/04 11:24 PM (12 years, 8 months ago)

Should i put my caseings with my cakes in a terruims?

I would be useing perlite for humidification, fanning 3 times a day or more.

these casing would be small zip lock or glad ware containers.

these would be just single cake caseing

perlite with casings can lead to overlay and aborts. try to fan a lot, keep the perlite drier, or cooler.
