Well, you're in good shape then. Congrads! I'm still curious as to how long it's been since innoculation and what strain? I've got some jars going right now, Koh Samui and Cambodian, and was just wondering if I'm on the right track. There not as far along as those are though. Thanks for your help.

bullshit, the larger the verm teh better. the larger chunks act just like sponges..much better than teh fine stuff in my opinion

whatever dude, I've used All sizes of verm and I'm telling you the finer is much better and it holds more water. your post is what I would call a major snafus for the newbie grower....

so here is a quote for u "not all vermiculite is the same. the coarseness varies quite considerably....the coarser type will hold lesswater than the finer type which will alter the water holding capacity.."
