Mushroom blends or stacks

I've always brewed teas when dosing. But usually steep a teabag with my dose and squeeze it out. Sometimes mix some energy drink with it for a nice ramp up. I've been interested in trying to come up with blends or stacks to combine medicinal or nootropics with my dose instead of just a plain old tea.

Anyone have a good blend or resources on finding some different recipes?

I keep my stomach empty, but smoke cannabis on the come-up and come-down.

Usually just hot green tea with some ginseng.

I eat like crazy after, but never really think much of snacking or trying to amplify the effects with additional caffeine, etc.; I'm usually too immersed.

I'm thinking of buying some loose tea ingredients and playing around with flavors. Try to find some synergistic effects as well. Ginseng for sure for help with the gut rot. I need something to push me through the yawns. Caffeine i guess but maybe combined with something else.
I have fresh mint growing in my yard.
