Noob here. First time grow using a bag

This my first post here and my first time growing. I thought I’d get my feet wet by using a bag. Curious when I should harvest? Is it best to pull individuals once they reach an ideal point?
Hopefully the pic will post. Mushrooms are supposed to be Albino Teacher

Looking good. The biggest 2 or 3 you could pull now if you wanted. But with the albinos you don't have to worry about spores getting on everything, so it's okay to let fruits go a little longer. The stipe being "marshmallow soft" some call it.

Personally I'd probably harvest in clusters, it can be a lot of chopping and mangling trying to get those big blocks apart. If that means some get cut a little early, nbd.

But the little groups and individual ones yeah, let em ride and get big.
