top grateful dead studio albums?

yes i know you will all say the live music is the best and suggest shows...but id like to know what the best studio albums are...ive got a few live shows,i wanna hear the original songs though

My favs are Anthem of the Sun, American Beauty and Workingman's Dead. Aoxomoxoa is also up there on my list.

anthem of the sun is far underrated...I think it's a recording masterpiece, but hardley anyone mentions it when naming great dead albums.

American Beauty, Blues for Allah, Terrapin Station, and Workingman's Dead are my personal fav's.

I like working mans dead and Aoxomoxoa the most, anthems in the sun is also realy good. There all awsome just depends on what mood I am in.

Skeletons from the closet isn't really a studio album. It's a greatest hits album. Don't get me wrong, it's good stuff, but it's not an original studio album.
